Before applying for a pet memorial wholesale account, please note the following important details below.
You must be an established registered business or have proof you are about to begin trading in the pet memorial industry. The more well regarded and longer trading, the better chance of fast approval. We reserve the right of approval at our discretion.
We will supply you a small funnel & micro screwdriver with your first order. If you need subsequent filling equipment later we can assist in arranging supplies.
Our wholesalers have their own pendant boxes and packaging to suit their individual brands. We can give you some suggestions if you aren't yet prepared. Our jewellery is sent to you raw with minimal packaging.
Drop shipping through us is not available unless you are a vet practice.
Orders must be paid in advance. If you order products not currently in stock we will add your order to our next available product run. Manufacturing can range between 4 - 8 weeks from order date. We will keep you informed as to order progress as often as we can.
Approved pet memorial wholesaler clients only may use our product images for your website and social media. We can supply images or you may copy them from our website at www.alwaysinmyheart.com.au
Most of our wholesalers offer ashes filling services to their clients. This is of great relief to your own customers who can be too emotionally distraught to do the job themselves. Filling is easy and we supply comprehensive filling and sealing instructions.
We are able to engrave certain select designs. You will see engraving options on the product page if they are available. Engraving may also be done on your end, or you can recommend local key-cutting kiosks or sign/trophy engraving businesses in your area. It's advised your customer contacts themprior to make sure they offer the correct service.
