COVID-19 update

With the World on edge from the COVID-19 virus it is time to reassure our customers that we are also doing our bit.

Luckily we have very very minimal contact issues. We don't have any storefront so no staff no worry about human to human contact. We ship via Australia Post which is a bagged handoff over the counter so we are in and out in usually under two minutes. Our packaging materials we have had in stock for a long time and just to be safe we are now using protective gloves and avoiding any contact if possible.

Our pendants and jewellery pieces have been stored and heated for well over any period required. New shipments arriving are placed in a warm environment and kept out of stock for a minimum 14 day period before being again disinfected and professionally cleaned prior to sale.
